• in person at Dogwood
• by telephone, using your credit card, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.
• 24 hour touch-tone telephone registration is 604-927-3555.
• internet registation (24 hour) at www.coquitlam.ca/signmeup
• City-wide staff assisted telephone registration is 604-927-4386 from 8:30am - 7:00pm.

Note:  Not all registered programs at Dogwood (Bus Trips, Dinner Dances) are available for internet or touch-tone registration.

Oh, no! You cancelled it?

Sometimes excellent courses are cancelled due to low registration. Register early to avoid disappointment.

Refund policy

A copy of the City’s refund policy is available on site.  If you have a reason which comes under the policy, a full refund  will be issued for programs if we have received your refund request 72 hours prior to the start of the program and you leave your computer account credited with any refund money, or if we are able to fill your place in the program or special event. For the Bus Trip refund policy, refer to the Bus Trip section.   Note:  Cash refunds over $50.00 will be issued by cheque from the City of Coquitlam, which may take up to two weeks.
